Terms & Conditions Steinlodge Lech - May 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of Chalet Steinlodge Lech, located in Lech am Arlberg, Austria. By confirming your booking and making a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined herein and the Standard Terms for the Hotel Industry (GTHC) under Austrian law, which are accessible at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

1. Services Included

The following services are included in your booking:

-       7 nights of luxury accommodation with exclusive use of Chalet Steinlodge Lech and its facilities.

-       Daily breakfast and dinner on 5 nights prepared by a private chef, tailored to your preferences, including children’s meals.

-       Dedicated chalet team providing full service throughout your stay. 

-       Daily housekeeping & turndown service, including towel changes and luxury amenities.

-       Private chauffeured shuttle transport within Lech/Zürs

2. Services not included

Please note that the following items are not included in the rental amount:

-       Flights and airport transfers

-       Local Lech tourist taxes

-       Additional transfers outside of Lech/Zürs

-       Any third party arrangements and payments, such as ski instructors, ski rental, pre-purchase of ski passes, etc.

-       Massages & spa treatments in and outside of the chalet

-       Childcare services in and outside of the chalet

-       Alcoholic beverages, except for a limited, standard offering

-       Any items especially requested by the you for your stay in the chalet
 

3. Booking Confirmation and Payment

-       A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation. This deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms, conditions, and exclusions.

-       The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days before arrival.

-       Should Steinlodge not receive the payments (deposit, final payment and security deposit) within the time specified, the booking will expire and Steinlodge is free to offer the property to any third party for rental

-       Expenses made by Steinlodge to third parties (for e.g. skipasses, rental equipment, etc.) will be charged separately

4. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following fees will apply:

-        120 days before the confirmed arrival date: free cancellation

-        Between 120 to 90 days before the confirmed arrival date: 50% of the agreed rental amount will be charged

-        Less than 90 days before the confirmed arrival date: 100% of the agreed rental amount will be charged

-        Out-of-pocket expenses to third parties made before cancellation will be charged 100%, including possible cancellation

-        If you do not show at the chalet in the first 4 days after the confirmed arrival date and are unreachable, your booking will be considered lost. Steinlodge will be entitled to charge 100% of the agreed rental amount and put the chalet back on the market for rental

5. Check-In and Check-Out

-       Check-In: After 15:00 on the day of arrival

-       Check-Out: Before 10:00 on the day of departure

-       Pets: Chalet Steinlodge Lech does not accommodate pets.

6. Additional Terms

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Austrian law and regulations. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (GTHC) published by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce also apply, except where otherwise stated in this agreement.
